Description This project is a research on the etiology and clinical prevention and treatment of reproductive endocrine diseases. Investigating the mitochondrial gene inheritance, gene expression regulation and endocrine effect could screen predictive molecular markers of early diagnosis, construct risk prediction models, detect the association of mitochondrial gene inheritance and metabolic disorders with pathogenesis, clinical subtypes and IVF outcomes of reproductive diseases. This research provide a new perspective to demonstrate the molecular mechanism of reproductive diseases and establish new strategies to improve fertility.
