To describe changes in the immune repertoire (IR) under immunosuppressive treat-ments and identify a general correlation between IR changes and the response to immunosuppressants.Overall, our study first reveals that the BCR repertoire is sensitive to immunosup-pressants in patients with SLE and sheds light on personalized therapy for SLE. |
