Title Identification of pluripotent related genes in pEPSC

Description Despite core transcription factors(TFs) in mESCs and hESCs have been systematically characterized, pluripotent related genes in pEPSC still unknown. Here, we compared three different condition of pEPSC(control/differentiated/rescued) RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to characterize genes that are relevant to pluripotency.Control group: cells were maintained in pEPSC cultural media;Differentiated group: cells were cultured under pEPSC and M10 (1:1) for 1 passage;Rescued group: cells were maintained in differentiatial cultured media for 2 days but back to the pEPSC cultural media.
