Description |
Despite core transcription factors(TFs) in mESCs and hESCs have been systematically characterized, pluripotent related genes in pEPSC still unknown. Here, we compared three different condition of pEPSC(control/differentiated/rescued) RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to characterize genes that are relevant to pluripotency.Control group: cells were maintained in pEPSC cultural media;Differentiated group: cells were cultured under pEPSC and M10 (1:1) for 1 passage;Rescued group: cells were maintained in differentiatial cultured media for 2 days but back to the pEPSC cultural media. |
