Description |
Agilent Human lncRNA Microarray V2.0 (4x180K) was used to compare the transcriptome profiles between four CRC samples with lymph node metastasis and three without lymph node metastasis. RNA labeling, microarray hybridization and data acquisition were performed by Shanghai OE Biotech. Co., Ltd. RNA samples were prepared according to the recommended protocol of Shanghai OE Biotech. CRC samples were obtained from patients who underwent curative surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University (Suzhou, Jiangsu, P.R. China). All of patients in this study provided written informed consent. The experiment was approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of Soochow University (Suzhou 215123, Jiangsu Province, China). |
