描述信息 Chromosome number and structure variation were common in the process of evolution and genetic diseases. In this project, we induced chromosome number and structure variation in haploid embryonic stem cells that can serve as sperm replacement to fertilize mouse oocytes and obtained semi-clone mice, which provided a method to generate genome structure variation on large scale.
