Description Chloroquine (CQ) has long been used as an anti-malarial agent. Here, we constructed transcriptomic maps for 6 tissues (kidney, small intestine, liver, heart, lung, and aorta) upon CQ treatment, thus revealing the effects of CQ at a systemic level.
