Description It is well-known that spermatogenesis is regulated by male hormone testosterone. But the mechanism involved is not known completely. Here we present a single cell-RNA sequencing experiment that analyzed the testicular cell compositional changes before and after Leydig cell elimination by Ethylene Dimethane Suiphonate (EDS) . The experiment contains 4 samples that covers a whole testosterone withdrawal and restoration cycle. The dataset is useful for studying how spermatogenesis is regulated by testosterone, which could benefit the male reproductive field greatly.
