Description |
In order to ensure that higher plants give full play to their potential as food sources in future deep-space exploration BLSS, we urgently need to carry out research on the interaction mechanism of wheat and rhizosphere fungi for space life support. Because studying the dynamic changes of plant rhizosphere fungi in the plant life cycle is not only related to the continuous cultivation of plants, but also related to the efficient use of nutrients. In previous studies, we have conducted research on wheat rhizosphere bacteria in a closed and isolated environment. However, there are currently few studies on wheat rhizosphere fungi in a confined and isolated environment. We are still unclear on the time-series dynamic changes of wheat rhizosphere fungi communities in a confined and isolated environment. Therefore, we have carried out the dynamic changes of wheat rhizosphere fungi in a confined and isolated environment. |
