Description This project aims to clarify the mechanism of tumorigenesis and development and the impact of microenvironment, find new protein machines related to tumorigenesis, development and metastasis, reveal the impact and regulation mechanism of tumor microenvironment on protein machines, and provide a basis for the development of new tumor diagnosis and treatment methods. The following key scientific problems are to be solved: 1. The mechanism of protein machines related to DNA replication and transcriptional regulation, and the influence of tumor microenvironment on these protein machines; 2. The mechanism of tumor suppressor protein and immune protein machine in the process of tumorigenesis and development; 3. Regulation of tumor microenvironment on tumor metastasis related protein machine; 4. The interaction mechanism between tumor cells and immune microenvironment, and the strategy of activating immune protein machine to carry out tumor immunotherapy.
