We performed single-cell RNA sequencing in 10 aplastic anemia patients who received allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. We captured the transcriptional snapshot of transplanted hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells along with total nucleated cells, filled the investigative gaps in human transplantation and improved the understanding regulatory mechanisms of transplanted hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. |
