Description |
The cochlear plays a crucial role in hearing sensation and transduction, and its progressive functional deterioration with age is associated with age-related hearing loss (ARHL). However, the underlying cellular and molecular changes contributing to cochlear aging at single-cell resolution remains largely unknown. We established the first dynamic single-cell transcriptomic landscape of mouse cochlear aging spanning five timepoints. |
