Title Transcriptome and DNA methylome analysis of peripheral blood samples reveals incomplete restoration after 3-month recovery of COVID-19
Relevance Medical
Data types Epigenomics
Transcriptome or Gene expression
Raw sequence reads
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description In this study, we collected peripheral blood samples from recovered COVID-19 patients 3-month after discharge, carried out RNA-seq and whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS). We found that expression and DNA methylation of genes and transposable Elements (TEs) still have significant changes.
