Description We are aimed to study the molecular mechanisms of RNA binding proteins in spermatogenesis at single-molecule lvel. We first developed the single molecule technology including optical tweezers and resonance transfer of fluorescence energy(FRET). Then we deciphered the unwinding mechanisms of RNA helicases MOV10 and MOV10L1. Next, we studied the dynamics of MOV10 unwinding RNA G-quadruplex.
