Male breast cancer (MBC) is a rare aggressive malignancy and has a relatively poor outcome compared with female patients with the same subtype. However, the cellular states and immunological characteristics of MBC remain unclear. Here, we performed single-cell RNA and T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing for ER-positive MBC and female breast cancer (FBC) samples. |
