Description |
This project demonstrates a T cell-intrinsic role mediated by Nsun2 in promoting autoimmunity, in which the pathogenicity of Th17 cells is sustained by coupling of Nsun2 and RoRγt to stabilize Il17a and Il17f, thereby suggesting a potential therapeutic target for clinical autoimmune disease. |
