Title Nsun2 coupling with RoRγt regulates Th17 cell homeostasis and promotes colitis
Relevance Model organism
Data types Epigenomics
Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Mus musculus
Description This project demonstrates a T cell-intrinsic role mediated by Nsun2 in promoting autoimmunity, in which the pathogenicity of Th17 cells is sustained by coupling of Nsun2 and RoRγt to stabilize Il17a and Il17f, thereby suggesting a potential therapeutic target for clinical autoimmune disease.
Sample scope Monoisolate
