Metabolic adaptation mechanism of cancer metastasis has been proposed as an emerging model of the interaction between cancer cells and the host microenvironment. We have combined traditional experimental approaches and NGS technology to study mitochondrial metabolism and role of some metabolic enzymes in human cancer cells. |
