| Description | One hundred and seven cultivated genotypes, 34 IRRDB 1981' wild germplasms, and 5 relative species of Hevea genus were used for a population study. The wild germplasms were primarily collected from Acre, Moto Crosso, and Rondonia in Brazil. Whole genome resequencing strategy was used to genotype the samples with a approximately 20-folds coverage of the genome. | ||||||||
