Description |
To understand if plasma cfDNA 5hmC signals could be used as a diagnostic tool for brain gliomas, we generated a 5hmC sequencing dataset using a method based on precipitation of chemically labeled DNA fragments followed by sequencing. This dataset includes 5hmC sequencing data from plasma cfDNA of glioma patients and non-glioma controls, as well as gDNA from gliomas and white blood cell samples. |
