描述信息 The gut viral community (also known as the gut virome), mainly bacteriophages and archaeal viruses, is proved to be diverse and abundant in the human gut and plays crucial roles in shaping gut microbial composition. To provide an unbiased survey of the human gut virome, we performed an amplification-independent analysis on fecal VLPs using both NGS (Illumina) and TGS (SMRT) techniques.
