Description |
Serum samples were separated from the blood of maternal mice in ND and HFD group with 9 replicates per group. Then the samples were subsequently centrifuged at 13,000 rpm for 15 min at 4°C. The supernatants were subjected to metabolomics profiling by UHPLC-Q/TOF-MS. |
