In this study, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing to compare AA-treated mouse kidney with healthy mouse kidney to comprehensively interrogate the renal tissue microenvironment that is substantially remodeled by AAI treatment. We aimed to comprehensively characterized the dynamic changes in transcriptomic features, and cellular state after AAI treatment, providing novel insight into the molecular mechanism, as well as identifying potential therapeutic targets of AAN. |
