Title Characterization of BDE-47-induced prepubertal testicular toxicity in mice via single-cell RNA-sequencing
Relevance Environmental
Data types Single cell sequencing
Organisms Mus musculus
Description Here, ScRNA-seq was employed to dissect BDE-47-induced prepubertal testicular toxicity in mice. Our results revealed comprehensive heterogeneous information of differential expressed genes, signaling pathways, transcriptional factors, and ligand-receptors in major testis cell types upon BDE-47-treatment in mouse testis. Our ScRNA-seq atlas provides novel insight into underlying mechanisms and pathways for BDE-47-associated testicular injury at a single-cell level. Our results can also serve as an important resource for future dissection of BDE-47-induced male reproduction toxicity.
