Description |
The overall goal of the project is to establish the corresponding automation by analyzing and simulating the characteristics of the microenvironment of the expanded stem cell type (mesenchymal stem cell MSC hematopoietic stem cell HSC, neural stem cell NSC and pluripotent stem cells). And largescale stem cell expansion system (adherent and suspension stem cell culture system) and rapid and sensitive quality control indicators, and finally achieve effective expansion of stem cell scale, to meet the clinical application needs of regenerative medicine. |
