Identification of such mutations provides targets for overcoming tumor resistance. Whole exome sequencing was conducted on tumor tissues from 156 cervical cancer patients prior to chemotherapy. All 156 cervical cancer patients received platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). | ||||||||||||||||||||
