Description |
Peripheral blood cells play vital roles in the brain injury caused by intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), and previous studies have reported that noncoding RNA (ncRNA) expression profiles are altered rapidly in the blood. There is growing evidence that ncRNAs could serve as potential biomarkers in peripheral blood in coronary artery disease, early pre-eclampsia and cancers. In this study, we investigated the expression profile of ncRNAs in peripheral blood cells after ICH by using RNA sequencing. |
