Title Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals the complex molecular mechanisms underlying UVB tolerance of turnip (Brassica rapa var. rapa)
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Raw sequence reads
Organisms Brassica rapa var. rapa
Description In this work, through common garden experiments, we found that KTRG-B48b grew better and obtained a higher subsurface fruit fresh weight in Lhasa and Kunming than KTRG-B48a. The phenotypic differences in UVB tolerance between KTRG-B48a and KTRG-B48b may be mechanism-based. We used a combination of the PacBio full-length transcriptome and Illumina transcriptome to analyze the difference between KTRG-B48a and KTRG-B48b.
