Description |
Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is the second largest oil-producing crop in the world. Here, we resequenced 135 mini-core germplasms of the 418 B. napus with high coverage (~ 45 fold) and high-throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) of a rapeseed accession. Using these data, we carried out genome ariations and global chromatin interactions.The results were integrated into the report of 418 rapeseed resequencing.
