Description The maintenance of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell (or cardiac stem/progenitor cell) function is currently the limiting factor for biological aging and in vitro expansion of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell (or cardiac stem/progenitor cell) for transplantation therapy. This project uses aged wild-type mouse models and multiple epigenetic factor knockout mouse models to study epigenetic modification markers in the aging process of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (or cardiac stem/progenitor cells), and their The relationship with aging and the function of regulatory mechanisms in the homeostasis maintenance and fate determination of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (or cardiac stem/progenitor cells); elucidation of important epigenetic regulators for hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (or cardiac stem/progenitor cells) Regulation mechanism of self-renewal capacity in aging state; using compounds or gene therapy to manipulate related epigenetic modifications to interfere with the aging process of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (or cardiac stem/progenitor cells). The research of this topic will help to clarify the molecular basis of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell (or cardiac stem/progenitor cell) aging, and provide first-hand experimental basis and theoretical guidance for intervention in aging and stem cell expansion and clinical application in vitro.
