Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is the second largest oil-producing crop in the world. In this study, we resequenced 418 accessions of B. napus with an average depth of 15-fold. Using these data, we carried out genome variations, genome-wide selection and genome wide association study (GWAS) to identify the causative genes for 56 agronomic traits and provide insights into the adaptation or artificial selection during modern rapeseed breeding. |
