Description | Here, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy of PD-1 antibody combined with neoantigen peptide vaccines in the HCC treatment and further explore potential antitumor mechanisms. Neoantigen peptide vaccine for murine HCC cell line Hepa1-6 was developed. Then the synergistic efficacy and related molecular mechanisms were evaluated by orthotopic HCC mouse model, single cell RNA sequencing, tetramer flow cytometry and immunofluorescence, etc. | ||||||||
