Description This project (Name: Research on Multi-omics Method Innovation and New Variety Breeding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Project No.: 2019YFC1711100, Execution period: December 2019 to December 2021, Principal: Chen Shilin), led by Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. This project is aim to complete de novo genome sequencing of nine important Chinese medicine species, including Panax notoginseng, Coptis teeta, Alpinia mutica, Isatis indigotica, Coptis chinensis, Lonicerae japonica, Aesculus chinensis, Chrysanthemum indicum, Astragalus membranaceus, using the third-generation sequencing platform. And the project will produce about nine genome sequencing of original data, the final form of about 9 complete stitching good genome information, we plan to sequencing the raw data and joining together the genome of the submission.
