Description Balb/c mice were inoculated with CT26 cells. When the tumors grew to about 200 mm3, the tumors were surgically removed, leaving about 80 mm3 remaining, and the residual tumors and tumors from time-matched untreated mice were subsequently sequenced 3 days after surgery.
