描述信息 We employ RNA multiplex-labeling methods and SMART (witching mechanism at the 5' end of RNA template) technology to improve the method to profile the m6A genome widely from single cells, named single-cell m6A-seq (scm6A-seq). scm6A-seq sequence the gene expression level with m6A information, making a robust tool to classify cell types more accurately. Our research reveals the dynamic m6A landscape and roles during early mammalian embryo development. Providing a more sophisticated approach to study the epitranscriptome during oocyte maturation and embryogenesis at single cell level.
