Adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma (ACP) is a rare brain tumor that occurs in the sellar region. The specific location and aggressive growth pattern of ACP result in a poor prognosis. However, the cellular composition of ACP and the molecular mechanisms involved in ACP tumorigenesis and progression remain unclear. This study aims to comprehensively characterize the tumor heterogeneity landscape and tumor microenvironment of ACP based on single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) and provide a basis for the improvement of clinical treatment strategies. |
