Description |
A total of 32 cardiac tissue samples were collected from the left ventricular outflow tract myocardium, including 24 from HCM patients and 8 from normal samples. Normal cardiac tissue collected from posthumous donors. DNA methylation data was detected by Infinium Human methylation EPIC BeadChip (850k) microarray, and the raw fluorescence information data of DNA methylation was in IDAT files. |
