Description |
We performed single-cell RNA transcriptome sequencing (scRNA-seq) to profile liver cells in cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)-induced sepsis model, and found that ART could mitigate sepsis-induced injury, inflammation and dysfunction of hepatic cells (like endothelial cells, macrophages, lymphocytes, and neutrophils), supplying the foundation for the application of ART in liver protection, which would highlight its clinical potentials for sepsis therapy. |
