Herein, we performed single cell RNA sequencing to characterize the heterogeneity of diverse cell types in livers tissues of mice treated with MC-LR Our findings uncovered the gene expression changes of mice livers exposed to MC-LR in single-cell level and identified potential biomarkers associated with MC-LR-induced hepatotoxicity. |
