Limited studies have been carried out in primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) due to its low incidence and difficulty in sample obtainment. we aimed to uncover the genetic landscape, including structural variations (SVs), copy number variations (CNVs), and gene mutation profiles of newly-diagnosed Chinese PCNSL patients. Genomic DNA isolated from 68 PCNSL samples was subjected to whole-genome sequencing (WGS). |
