Description |
Chemotherapy resistance and disease recurrence are the main obstacle in clinical, Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are correlated with disease progress and recurrence of ovarian cancer. However, special biomarker of human epithelial ovarian cancer cells are still unknown. Side population cells are riched in CSCs in ovarian cancer tumors. Proteomics technology was used to screen differentially expressed proteins in SP cells. Candidate biomarkers of ovarian cancer-initiating cells are picked up. |
