peri-prosthetic joint infection(PJI)/Peri-prosthetic joint aseptic loosening (AL) samples were collected from patients receiving revision surgery. Single-cell suspension were prepared and sequenced using 10X genomics platform. 3 PJI samples and 2 AL samples were involved. Pathogenes causing PJI were S. aureus. |
