Description |
Arraystar Human lncRNA Epitranscriptomic Microarrays (8 x 60K, Arraystar) was used to compare the lncRNA m6A modification in esophageal cancer cell between TRA2A-knockdown TE1 cells and the control cells. Trizol was used to extract total RNA then RNA labeling, microarray hybridization and data acquisition were performed by Shanghai KangChen Bio-tech Company. TRA2A-knockdown cells were engineered by infecting lentivirus encoding TRA2A shRNA and the control cells were infected by the control lentivirus then selected in growth medium supplemented with puromycin. |
