Description The project studies the expression levels of immune-related genes in Panc02 tumor mouse models after semiconducting polymer immunomodulatory nanoparticle-mediated sono-immunotherapy. The primary tumors of mice after injection with saline or different nanoparticles were treated by ultrasound and then the primary tumors were collected for analysis.
