Description |
Proteins were extracted from strawberry fruits treated with MG132 or DMSO, digested with trypsin, and incubated with anti-K-GG antibody. The enriched diGly peptides were analyzed by nano-HPLC-MS/MS using label-free quantitative method. Proteome Discoverer software (version 2.4) with Sequest search engine was used for protein identification and label-free quantification. |
