Description Proteins were extracted from strawberry fruits treated with MG132 or DMSO, digested with trypsin, and labeled with TMT reagents 6-lex Kit. After fraction, the TMT-labeled peptides were analyzed by nano-HPLC-MS/MS. Proteome Discoverer software (version 2.4) was used for protein identification and relative quantification.
