Description |
In monochorionic twins with selective intrauterine growth restriction, MTDH was significantly downregulated in IUGR twin placentas compared with that of the normal cotwins. Knockdown of MTDH in HUVECs resulted in the inhibition of proliferation, migration, tube formation and spheroid sprouting. To verify whether MTDH is required in placental development and fetal growth, we knocked down MTDH in HUVECs and performed RNA-Seq analysis. |
