Title Single-nuclei RNA-Seq of mammary gland
Relevance Model organism
Data types Single cell sequencing
Organisms Mus musculus
Description The mammary gland is the unique organ of mammals. From pregnancy to lactation, mammary epithelial cells are gradually specialized into cells that efficiently synthesize milk proteins and fat to meet the needs from offspring. This project is to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying mammary gland development by single-nuclei RNA-Seq.
Sample scope Single cell
