We collected 18 aorta tissues from BAV-TAA, TAV-TAA and healthy donors to isolate aortic protein or primary SMCs. We detected the abnormal activation of hypoxia inducible factor 1-alpha in aorta from TAA patients by Western blot and bioinformatics analysis. |
