Description As a promising nanomaterial for clinical applications, mesoporous polydopamine (MPDA) is widely used for tumor photothermal therapy and drug delivery. However, there are few studies on the intestine safety of MPDA. In this study, we attempted to clarify the effects of MPDA on intestines and intestinal flora.
