In this study, we reported the germline distribution of 35 Chinese familial adenomatous polyposis patients, 16 of them diagnosed with desmoid tumors. By analyzing the association between molecular alterations and clinical characteristics, we have further investigated the somatic spectrum of colorectal cancers, trying to provide suggestions. |
