Herein, we report a female patient diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis who gradually presented with gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and constipation, as well as neurological symptoms such as disturbance of consciousness and limb weakness during the course of the disease, and her condition progressed rapidly. |
